Dell’s base warranty covers repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. If the issue is covered by the warranty and cannot be resolved remotely Dell will pay all the costs of picking up and returning the system.

Dell recommends ProSupport Suite- If you need more than business hours support, consider upgrading to ProSupport or ProSupport Plus.
