Product Quality
During product development, our manufacturing partners test our products to full life and to the full life of the major system components that may interact with the product. For example, a toner will be tested to the full life of the photoconductor and fuser components used in the system. This helps to ensures that there is no abnormal reaction or premature failure of any of the key components of the system.
All compatible products are tested for full compatibility and reverse compatibility with the original consumables.
ISO standards are applied as part of the development process including ISO 19752 for mono and ISO 19798 for colour cartridges to ensure page yields are equivalent to OEM.

We have partnered with PAE business and can offer MPS solutions to help our Dealers manage and monitor their printer / MFD fleets.
