Prior to shipping each Factory Outlet product we run a limited number of pages through each machine to ensure they are in complete working order when they are delivered to the customer.
"Gold" standard products carry full HP one year warranty cover, having been tested and certified to "as new" standards. If you receive an issue with any gold product within the first 30 days, we will be happy to repair , swap out or refund the item. Past this point HP will cover the remaining 11 months warranty. Additional carepacks are also available to purchase to obtain extended warranty cover.
